I don’t think it’s slandering to ask him about those claims, or even to cite stuff (like the transcript posted below) from his websites to indicate it’s probably true but there is no guarantee the court documents are for the right Greg Fultz. There is still a ton of stuff out there of this guy showing his ass; we don’t need to puff things up with speculation.
