So this is a screenshot from a note I wrote on 05/16/2011. The letter was copied and pasted direct from the N.A.N.I FB page and was not linked to becuase I could not bring myself to join the oage not even for the purpose of gathering info. It is genuine and for those wishing to see the origianl you will have to contact the NM Legisature.
